Privacy Policy (iOS Paint app)

This privacy policy applies to the Rakugaki app for iOS (hereinafter referred to as "Application"), developed by Photograph Team (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

Summary

The Application does not collect any data. It has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no crash reporting. It makes no network connections of its own. Everything you draw stays on your device.

What information does the Application collect?

None. The Application does not ask you to register, and it does not gather your name, email address, device identifier, IP address, or any information about how you use it. No information is transmitted to the Service Provider or to anyone else.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

No. The Application does not request or use location information.

Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?

No. The Application does not use AI technologies to process your data or provide features.

What does the Application store on your device?

Your current drawing, along with the colours and tools you last chose, is saved in the Application's own storage on your device so that it is still there the next time you open it. This stays on your device, and it is removed when you delete the Application.

Photos

When you place a photo on the canvas, the Application reads the photo you pick through the system photo picker. That image is used only to draw the canvas you see and is stored with your drawing on your device.

When you save a drawing, the Application asks iOS for permission to add images to your photo library, and writes the finished picture there. It does not request permission to read your photo library, and it never uploads what you save.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. The Application contains no third-party software development kits, advertising networks, or analytics services, so there is no information for a third party to receive.

What are my opt-out rights?

Because the Application collects nothing, there is nothing to opt out of. Deleting the Application removes the drawing and settings it stored on your device.

How does the Application address children's privacy?

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children. As the Application collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

How is your information kept secure?

Your drawing and settings are held in the Application's own container on your device, protected by the file protection iOS applies to app data. Nothing leaves the device, so there is no transmission or server storage to secure.

How will you be informed of changes to this Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-09-11.

How can you contact us?

If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about these practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at photograph.app@gmail.com.
